The Domaine de Bellevue, situated in the higher part of the village of Mont sur Rolle, is composed of 6.5 hectares of vines all around the house, of a wine cellar for the vinification of the harvest, a complete bottling equipment, and refrigerated stockage cellars.
 

The domaine is composed of the following grape varieties :

74.5 % Chasselas (Swiss white grape)
  8.6 % Pinot Noir (Red grape often cultivated in Burgundy)
10.9% Gamay (Red grape often cultivated in Beaujolais)
  3.4 % Graranoir (new red grape variety; planted in 2000)
  1.4 % Pinot Gris (white grape considered as a specialty)
  1.4 % Chardonnay (white grape often used for Champagne)
 
The Domaine de Bellevue, that I have been cultivating for four years, is the property of the Dufour family since the start of the century, first by my great grandfather, then by my Grandfather, and then by my Uncle.
We have the pride to vinify all of our wines on the domaine ourselves using the most modern methods, all the while conserving the traditions of wine making.
At the Domaine de Bellevue, we welcome our clients to come to visit and we gladly give tours of the domaine and the cellars (see map). We can deliver by postal services, or cargo domicile in Switzerland (free delivery in the La Côte region) (For exportation, please inquire by Email).
At the Domaine de Bellevue we accept various credit cards such as Postcard, EC direct, VISA, Mastercard, and Maestro…
We also offer the possibility to propose apéritifs for weddings at the Domaine de Bellevue.
